Industrial & Case Study Video Production

What We Offer

We produce short-form case study and documentation videos that help industrial and infrastructure companies clearly communicate their work to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Built for clarity, accuracy, and long-term use supporting bids, proposals, project summaries, and client presentations.

  • Provides a clear visual summary of project scope, execution, and outcomes, supporting efficient handovers and reducing clarification during client transitions.

  • Demonstrates proven execution through real project examples, helping evaluators quickly assess capability, methodology, and delivery confidence.

  • Communicates project status and outcomes in a concise, consistent format, aligning technical teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.

  • Equips sales teams with clear, repeatable explanations of technical work, supporting client understanding without oversimplifying complexity.

  • Creates a reliable visual record of projects and processes for future reference, training, compliance, and organizational continuity.

What We Produce

A typical project includes:

1-3 minute case study video

A concise, structured video summarizing project scope, execution approach, and outcomes. Designed for efficient viewing while conveying sufficient technical and operational context.

On-site interview(s)

Brief, guided interviews with relevant project, operations, or technical personnel to accurately describe methodology, challenges, and results in their own words.

Optional deliverables:

  • 30–60 second summary cut for internal sharing or LinkedIn

  • Stills pulled from footage for presentations or proposals

On-site b-roll of facilities, equipment, and processes

Visual documentation of facilities, equipment, and operational workflows to provide context, support explanations, and illustrate project execution.

Clean audio and straightforward visuals

Clear, intelligible audio capture and stable, well-lit visuals that prioritize clarity, accuracy, and professional presentation over stylistic treatment.

PRICING & ENGAGEMENT

Projects are typically scoped as:

Half-day or full-day production

1

Production time is scoped as a half-day or full-day based on project complexity, site access, and the number of locations or interviews required. This structure provides predictable on-site costs and supports efficient scheduling within active operational environments.

Flat-rate editing based on deliverables

2

Post-production is priced as a flat rate tied to agreed deliverables, including video length, revisions, and output formats. This approach avoids open-ended billing and ensures costs are defined in advance.

Travel and site requirements scoped upfront

3

Travel, site access, and any special requirements are reviewed and scoped prior to production. This includes location logistics, safety orientations, permits, and coordination needs, allowing all associated costs to be accounted for before work begins.

Clear deliverables and timelines

4

Deliverables, review stages, and timelines are defined at the outset of the engagement. This ensures alignment on expectations, supports internal planning, and enables timely delivery without scope ambiguity.
